NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Camp Lake Township, County of Swift, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on March 10, 2020.  In case of inclement weather, the election and annual meeting will be held on the third Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and if inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday, they will be held on Tuesday, March 24.
The Election Poll hours will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect one supervisor and one clerk.
The Annual Meeting will convene at 4:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law,  at the Camp Lake Township Hall located in Swift Falls.

CALL FOR QUOTES SWENODA TOWNSHIP, SWIFT COUNTY

Notice is hereby given that quotes are being solicited by Swenoda Township for the following at an hourly rate:  grading, mowing of road ditches, and snow removal for the 2020-2021 winter season.  Quotes are also being solicited for class 5 gravel on a per yard basis delivered anywhere in Swenoda Township.  Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive any information therein and to accept quotes deemed most advantageous to the Township.
Quotes should be received by March 9, 2020 along with Certificate of Insurance. Remit to Laurie Golden 660 110th St. SW, Danvers, MN 56231.
Quotes will be opened at our regular monthly meeting in March 2020.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the Concrete Work for 2020 will be received by the Benson City Council at City Hall, 1410 Kansas Ave., Benson, MN 56215 until 2:30 pm, February 26, 2020, for the purpose of furnishing all necessary skills, tools, materials, forms and labor to furnish and install the following approximate quantities (may vary):
 
                ▪ 2000 square feet of 4” flat concrete
                ▪ 500 linear feet of curb
                ▪ 4 truncated domes for pedestrian ramps
 
A Proposal Form may be obtained at the office of the Public Works Director, City Hall, 1410 Kansas Avenue, Benson, MN 56215, or by calling 320-843-5444.
Bids shall be honored during the 2020 season.  
The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be most favorable to the interest of the City of Benson.
