NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that default has occurred in the conditions of the following described Mortgage:

MORTGAGORS:  Joseph Mast and Becky Mast, husband and wife
MORTGAGEE:  Community Development Bank, fsb, formerly 1st American State Bank of Minnesota, Organized and Existing Under the Laws of the State of Minnesota

PLACE OF SALE:  Swift County Sheriff’s Department, 301 – 14th Street North; Benson, MN 56215; to pay the debt then secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises if actually paid by the mortgagee, and the costs and disbursements, including attorney fees allowed by law.
REDEMPTION:  The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagor or Mortgagor’s personal representative or assigns is six (6) months from the date of sale.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT
OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the above Mortgage Foreclosure Sale is hereby postponed to Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at 10:00 o’clock a.m, lobby of Law Enforcement Center, City of Benson in said County and State.  
The time allowed by law for redemption by said Mortgagors, their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of sale.  Mortgagors/occupants must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on September 26, 2014, if the sheriff’s sale is not further postponed, the mortgage is not reinstated prior to the date of sale, the property is not redeemed subsequent to the Sheriff’s sale of the property, or the redemption period is not reduced under Minn. Stat. §582.032.
