also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate,
interest, or lien in the real estate described in the complaint herein,
    Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED, and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorneys an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involves, affects, or brings in question real property in Swift County, Minnesota, described as follows:

That part of the Northwest Quarter, in Section 24, Township 121, Range 41, lying North of the Burlington Northern railroad right-of-way and West of a line lying parallel to the East line of said Northwest Quarter and drawn from a point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter, a distance 1,155 feet West of the Northeast corner there of, to a point on the North line of the Burlington Northern railroad right-of-way line, except the following described part thereof:
Beginning at a point on the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 12, distant 550 feet East of the West line of said Northwest Quarter; thence South on a line lying parallel to the West line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 760 feet; thence West on a line lying parallel to the North line of said Northwest Quarter to the East right-of-way line of C.S.A.H. 17; thence Northerly on the East right-of-way line of C.S.A.H. 17 to its intersection with the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 12; thence Easterly along the South right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 12 to the point of beginning.

Also except the following described part thereof:

Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 121, Range 41, described as follows, to-wit:

Commencing at a point 550 feet East of the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24, on the right-of-way boundary line of U.S. Highway No. 12, thence South on a line parallel to the West line of the Section a distance of 826 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence South on the same line parallel to the West line of the Section a distance of 610 feet, thence West on a line parallel to the North line of the Section a distance of 500 feet to the right-of-way boundary line of C.S.A.H. No. 17, thence North on said boundary line a distance of 610 feet, thence East on a line parallel to the North line of the Section a distance of 500 feet to the point of beginning.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the object of said action is to obtain a judgment declaring that Plaintiff is the owner in fee of the property described above.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by Plaintiff against any of the Defendants.
