The Benson volleyball team split its first two matches of the season last week.  The Braves opened up the 2019 season with a 3-1 home victory over KMS, but Benson lost at home against Melrose Area in three games a few nights later.  Benson has a busy schedule this week with matches at Sauk Centre, Tuesday (yesterday), at BOLD, Thursday (tomorrow), and the Becker Tournament, Saturday.

KMS meanwhile, had just the one match last week at Benson.  This week, the Saints are set to play at state power Minneota, Tuesday (yesterday) before coming home for the home opener in Kerkhoven against Lakeview, Thursday (tomorrow).
