The meeting was called to order at 5:31 p.m. by Chair Brian Samuelson.  Members present:  Paul Carruth, Mary Langan, Jim Berens, Eric Peterson, Brian Samuelson and Gary Williams.
Members absent:  Bill McGearyApproved Agenda.
Mark Hughes presented several questions to the board regarding the building bond.
Approved Consent Agenda.
Progress Reports were presented by the administrators.
Ryan Breitbach, CM, updated the board on the construction process. October 10 is the tentative rebid advertisement date.  Ryan asked the board for approval to authorize Supt. Laumeyer to approve the bid as long as the bid doesn’t exceed $148,000.
Approved authorizing Supt. Laumeyer to approve the bid amount within the set threshold. 
The board held the second reading of the Series 100 board policies. The policies are based upon MSBA recommended changes to meet the law.
Approved the Series 100 board policies as presented. 
Chair Brian Samuelson read the Superintendent Evaluation Summary from the August board evaluation.
Tabled Superintendent Goals until the School Board sets their goals at the October 7th School Board Work Session.
Director of Finance, Katie Foley gave the board a summary of the history and process of approving the maximum Preliminary Payable 2020 Levy.
Approved the maximum allowable preliminary levy amount payable 2020. 
The BEA has ratified the 2019-2021 Teacher Contract.  The board recognized the BEA negotiators for their professionalism and positive approach in making this an efficient process.  The negotiations committee recommends approving the collective bargaining agreement.
Approved the 2019-2021 Master Agreement with a total package increase of 7.6%.
Donations Approved:
Open Gym Sponsor:  $50 from Sam & Brenda Jensen, Softball Scoreboard:  $10,000 from LA Amundson Ohana Foundation.
