The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by Chair Brian Samuelson.  Members present:  Jim Berens, Bill McGeary, Mary KW Langan, Eric Peterson, Brian Samuelson, Paul Carruth, and Gary Williams.  Members absent:  None.
Additions to the Agenda:  Under Construction Update add 7.1.1 – Approval of Change Order Log for Northside Elementary and Benson High School.
Agenda approved.
No Citizens Comments.
Consent Agenda approved.
Progress Reports presented by Administrators.
Reports were presented from the Budget Committee and the Gymnastics Committee.
Ryan Breitbach, Construction Manager, provided a construction update and a budget status report. The construction project is on schedule and on budget.
Approval of Change Order Log at Northside and Benson High School:  The board approved the recommended change orders on the high school parking lot at $215,984.41 and the high school science lab at a cost $153,500.
Gymnastics Bids:  The board approved to award bids to the recommended low bidders in categories 1, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14 for a total amount of $958,392.  The board rejected all bids for categories 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 12.
Approved policies 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, 407, 408, 409, 410 based on changes recommended by MSBA to meet law.
Paycheck Protection Program:  The board approved a resolution accepting a Federal Paycheck Protection Program loan in the amount of $92,500 at 1.0% interest from First Security Bank for the Discovery Kids Childcare Program.
Reimbursement Resolution:  The board approved a Reimbursement Resolution establishing expenditures for reimbursement of certain expenditures from proceeds for future bond issues or other borrowing from Fund 6.
Credit Enhancement Resolution:  The board approved the Resolution authorizing the sale of General Obligation School Building Bonds, Series 2020A in the amount of $1.5 million and guarantee the payment of the principal and interest on the bonds through the state credit enhancement.
FY21 Preliminary Budget:  This is the first reading of the FY21 preliminary budget.  The Budget Committee, Katie and Dennis have been working on the preliminary FY21 and a five-year projection budget.
Fair Share Facility Agreement:  A discussion was held regarding the Fair Share Facility Agreement with KMS for shared activity facilities for gymnastics, track and tennis.
Donations Approved:  $400 from YourCause to HGR, $3 & $20 from Carissa McDonald to Discovery Kids, $282.61 from BEA to BEA Scholarship.
