claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien
in the real estate described in the Complaint herein;

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs in the above action, which is herewith served upon you, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, and each of you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, Judgment by default will be taken against you, and each of you, for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action affects and brings into question the following described land situated in the County of Swift, State of Minnesota:
That part of the South Half (S 1/2) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122) North, Range Forty (40) West, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 160 rods North of the Southeast corner of Section Thirty-six (36), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122) North, Range Forty (40) West and 1,091 feet West of the East boundary line of Section Thirty-six (36); thence running Westerly on said quarter section line for a distance of about 2,112 feet to a point where said quarter section line intersects Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 9 as the same is now located over and across said Section Thirty-six (36); thence running Southeasterly along the said boundary of said Highway 2,312 feet to a point; thence Northeasterly 2,111.5 feet to the point of beginning; being part of the South Half (S1/2) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township One Hundred Twenty-two (122) North, Range Forty (40) West, East of the railway.
EXCEPTING from the above described real property, that part that lies within 300 feet of Minnesota Trunk Highway No. 9 right-of-way, containing approximately 14.5 acres.
The further object of this action is to obtain the Judgment and Decree of the Court that Plaintiffs, are the owners of an interest in fee simple absolute of the property described above; free and clear of any rights of the Defendants, and that said Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, lien or easements in, on or over said property.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
