Investment in Gra-Mar provides low income housing

Swift County is backing the purchase and renovation of the Gra-Mar Apartments in Kerkhoven to provide much-needed income assistance rent properties to county residents.
Between the purchase, and the renovation of the building, more than $1.1 million will be invested in the project. Not all those funds are coming from the county.
