Benson-KMS girls tennis team splits WCC matches

The Benson-KMS girls tennis team split a pair of WCC matches last week.  The Fighting Braves routed MACCRAY last Tuesday night at Clara City, 6-1, before falling by a shutout to Minnewaska Area at home, Thursday, 7-0.

Benson-KMS is 5-5 overall and 4-3 in the WCC heading into the final week of the regular season.  The team was also set to compete at the Litchfield Invitational, Saturday, but results of that competition were not available by presstime.

Benson-KMS was set to play at Osakis, Monday, before hosting Morris Area-CA, Tuesday (yesterday) and Milbank, Thursday (tomorrow), and playing at the WCC Individual Tournament, Saturday at Alexandria...
