Grant to be sought for Swift Falls Park

Last year, the Swift County Parks and Drainage department applied for a Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Outdoor Recreation Parks and Trails Grant to upgrade the Swift Falls Park. However, it wasn’t awarded the funds.

Now the county will again seek those funds, Swift County Parks and Drainage Inspector Kody Fossum, told the county board of engineers at their March 21 meeting.
