NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Benson City Hall, 1410 Kansas Ave., Benson, MN to consider the following:
Notice is hereby given per MN Stat. Chap. 116 that ROLO Dairy has made application to the MN Pollution Control Agency and the County of Swift for a permit to construct or expand a feedlot with a capacity of 500 animal units or more.
IN THE MATTER OF:  ROLO Dairy, 1780 90th St. SE, Kerkhoven, MN  56252 (Owner)
REQUEST:  Conditional Use Permit to expand the dairy operation by adding a 300’ x 150’ free stall total confinement barn with a robotic milking system and a 4.1 million gallon clay lined earthen basin.  The total mature dairy animal unit capacity will increased  from 364 animal units to 621 animal units.
LOCATION:  SE ¼ of T-120, R-37, Section 13 (Pillsbury Township) in Swift County, MN.
