NOTICE OF HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Chippewa/Swift Drainage Authority, acting as Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditch #9, will meet on Monday March 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the Chippewa County Courthouse located at 629 North 11th Street, in Montevideo, Minnesota, to consider the redetermination of benefits for the system.  All persons interested in these proceedings are invited to attend this hearing in person or via teleconference.  Social distancing practices will be adhered to.  For more information about how to participate via teleconference, visit www.co.chippewa.mn.us or call the Auditor/Treasurer or Drainage Inspector at 320-269-7447 prior to the meeting date.
