Notice is hereby given that the City of Appleton pursuant to Minn.Stat. § 412.211 is selling Parcel 22-0030-000 located at 249 North Miles Street in Appleton, MN. Purchasers with development plans and secured financing for development are highly encouraged to submit offers. The parcel is the site of a recent professional demolition, all utility connections have been removed. The parcel is ideally located in the City of Appleton’s Downtown District. The City of Appleton has convenient access to Benson, Montevideo, and Ortonville. This parcel is being sold “as is”, all offers will be considered.
