NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  David & Dennis Holt, 410 150th Ave. NE, Murdock, MN  56271 (Owner).
REQUEST:  Conditional use permit request for grading and filling.  This permit is for the purpose of preventing erosion, which includes bank stabilization, control sediment and pollutants, and preserve existing vegetation.
LOCATION: NW ¼ of the NE ¼ in Section 28, T-122, R-37, Kerkhoven Township, Swift County, MN.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said place and time.
