In the Matter of the Petition for Outlet Into Judicial Ditch #5
  A petition for outlet has been filed with the Swift County Auditor requesting permission to outlet lands into Judicial Ditch #5.  Parcels petitioned are the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ and the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ Section #24 -T121-N, R40-W (Six Mile Grove Township).   The Drainage Authority will conduct a public hearing and describe the property benefited by the drainage system and discuss the outlet fee and benefits to the property.
