NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  B. G. Amundson Construction Inc., 160 40th St. SE, Benson, MN 56215 (Owner)
REQUEST:  Conditional use permit application for gravel material extraction.
LOCATION: E ½ of the NW ¼, Section 22, T-122, R-38, Except the following described tract, to-wit:  Beginning at a point 95’ S from the NE corner of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 22, T-122, R-38 thence 110’ E, thence 235’ S, thence 110’ W, thence 235’ N to the point of beginning and EXCEPT: That part of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 22, T-122 N, R-38 W, Swift County, MN, described as follows:
Commencing at the E ¼ corner of said Section 22; thence S 89 deg., 55 min., 10 sec. W, assumed bearing along the E-W quarter line of said Section, a distance of 2,660.45 feet to the SE corner of the NW ¼ of said Section, that point being the point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence continuing S 89 deg., 55 min., 10 sec. W, along the S line of said NW ¼, a distance of 1,317.10 feet to the SW corner of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼; thence N 00 deg., 01 min., 34 sec. E, along the W line of said SE ¼ of the NW ¼ , a distance of 495.85 feet; thence N 89 deg., 55 min., 10 sec. E a distance of 1,318.36 feet to a point on the E line of the NW ¼ of said section; thence S 00 deg., 10 min., 17 sec. W along said E line, a distance of 495.85 feet to the point of beginning.  Said tract contains 15 acres more or less and is subject to any easements of record including an existing road right of way over the E’ly 33 feet, the S’ly 33 feet and W’ly 33 feet thereof.
