Lead Summary

Joseph Quigley "Joe", 61, of Granite Falls, Minnesota  passed away peacefully Sunday, July 10, 2022, at the Clarkfield Care Center in Clarkfield, Minnesota, with his daughter by his side.
A celebration of life is being planned.
Joseph Lee Quigley was born December 19, 1960, in Benson, Minnesota, the son of Ray and Margaret (Peters) Quigley. He was baptized and confirmed in his faith.  Joe attended school in Benson and graduated.
After high school, Joe had a few jobs before starting at Ryer Plumbing and Heating where he worked for 30+ years; later being employed by IMS plumbing in Granite Falls.  After nearly 40 years servicing those in the community, his health forced him to retire.  Joe loved his work and was dedicated to not only the company but to all the customers he served through the years.  He learned the plumbing trade and was proud of his occupation.
Joe was a single parent and one of the very best.  He devoted his time to his daughter and gave her the best upbringing.  Joe drove her to dance lessons, and would volunteer his time and talents to support her in her interests. He always had a smile on his face and was always ready to help.
Joseph is survived by his daughter, Keri (Peter) Wood of Echo; dear friends who were his family, Leland and Kathy Wersinger, Chuck Roepke; five brothers and one sister; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Joseph is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Margaret; brothers, Donny, John; sister, Mary Jean Stevens; best friend and companion Diago
