NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Benson City Hall, 1410 Kansas Ave., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Stanley & Katherine Claussen, 1030 70th St., Montevideo, MN 56265 (Owner) and Riverview LLP, 26406 470th Ave., Morris, MN  56267 (Purchaser)
REQUEST:  Conditional Use Permit to consider building two – four unit dormitory style apartment buildings to be used as onsite housing for employees of Swenoda Dairy located on the same property as Swenoda Dairy.
LOCATION: SE ¼ & S ½ of the NE ¼ & E ½ of the SW ¼ of Section 36, Twp-120, R-40, Swenoda Township, Swift County, MN.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said place and time.
