NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Robert and Pamela Finstrom, 49845 Leaf River Rd., Ottertail, MN 56571 (Owner) and Tomas Zaldivar, 1015 145th Ave. SE, Kerkhoven, MN  56252 (Lessee)
REQUEST:  Conditional use permit application for building a 24’ x 24’ butchering and processing shop for packaging and tagging beef, goat, sheep, lamb and deer meat.
LOCATION: NE ¼ except beginning at the SE corner of the NE ¼ of Section 28, then N 660 ft., then W parallel to the S line 660 ft., then SW’ly to a point which is 1072.5 ft. W of the E line of the NE ¼ and 247.5 ft N of the S line of the NE ¼ of Section 28, then W 1567.5 ft. to the W line of the NE ¼, then S 247.5 ft. to the SW corner of the NE ¼ then E 2640 ft. to the point of beginning in Section 28, T-120, R-37, Pillsbury Township, Swift County, MN.
