NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Chippewa and Swift Counties, Minnesota, Joint Drainage Authority, drainage authority for Chippewa-Swift Joint Ditch 9 (JD 9), will hold a hearing on February 1, 2022 at 1:00 pm. at the Chippewa County Courthouse in the Assembly Room, 629 North 11th Street, Montevideo, MN. The drainage authority has received a petition to reconsider and modify the engineer’s estimate of cost of repair, adjust the cost estimate consistent with the increased construction cost and award the construction contract to the apparent low bidder. All parties interested in the proceedings are invited to attend and provide comment.
