NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Board of Adjustment on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at the Jury Room in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Joe Fox, 2215 40th St. NW, Appleton, MN  56208 (Owner) & Gail R. Baumgartner, 247 E. Sorenson Ave., Appleton, MN 56208 (Purchaser)
REQUEST:  Variance to construct a single family home 100’ from the shoreline of Lake Oliver.
LOCATION:  Part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ in Section 27, T-122 N, R-43 W (Hegbert Township) in Swift County, MN.
