NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RE-ZONING OF TWO PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF BENSON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on March 23,  2020 beginning at 12:00 o’clock P.M. at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1410 Kansas Avenue, Benson, Minnesota.  The purpose of this hearing is to obtain input from the public on changing zoning on two parcels of land from to B-2 General Business and R-2 Medium Density Residential to I-1 Limited Industrial. The zoning reconsideration is for the following properties:
 
716 & 720 Atlantic Avenue, Benson, MN
