Nygaard, Hippie and Olson set to lead 2025-26 Benson Braves wrestling

The Benson wrestling program is kicking off the 2025-26 season with Max Nygaard, Gavin Olson and Darin Hippe, all of whom qualified for the Class A state tournament last season...For the girls, Halle Bolduc returns for the Braves after a year off the mat. She is a two-time section place winner and has spent time in the state rankings in her career. “She is a solid wrestler with lofty goals this winter. She is a great young lady to start building girls wrestling with,” coach Thompson said.
