PUBLIC NOTICE

The Marysland Township Board of Supervisors has adopted the Marysland Township Right of Way Management Ordinance (“Ordinance”). The intent and effect of the Ordinance is to regulate the placement of pressurized force mains for the transport of manure for field application consistent with Minn. Stat. 160.27. A complete-text copy of the Ordinance is available for review in the township clerk’s office, the Swift County District Court Law Library and the Benson Public Library.
