Swift County to raise tipping fees 20%

Swift County Environmental Services will raise its tipping fee by 20% in January from $100 per ton to $120 per ton. 
The new tipping fee has no immediate impact on municipal customers whose cities contract for garbage hauling, Environmental Services Director Scott Collins told the board of commissioners at their Nov. 15 meeting
