Thompson third for BKMS at NLS Meet

Landon Thompson, Jacob Gareis, and Erica Bakke led the Benson-KMS cross-country teams at the NLS Invitational, Thursday at the Little Crow Golf Club.

Thompson placed third and Gareis was 10th in the boys meet, while Bakke was 13th in the girls meet to lead the Fighting Braves.

Minnewaska Area dominated the girls meet with Benson-KMS placing fourth, while Brandon Kampsen led the Sauk Centre Mainstreeters to a narrow win over Benson-KMS in the boys competition...
