Braves scored 42 points in first half on way to 48-12 win over BBE

The Benson football team had an offensive explosion Friday night, scoring 48 points and totaling 484 yards of total offense on the way to a 48-12 rout at Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa, Friday night.

The Braves scored 42 of their points in the first half and didn’t turn the ball over all game.

The dominating victory evens Benson’s record at 1-1 heading into this Friday night’s home game at 7 p.m. at Hinckley-Finlayson.  Benson thought it was hosting Parkers Prairie this week, but PP had some COVID-19 issues so the game was called off and Benson scheduled the game at the H-F Jaguars instead...
