Angela Kay Young, 57, of Benson, Minnesota died at her home in Benson,  Thursday morning, March 13, 2025. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 21, at the First Evangelical Free Church in Benson. Visitation will continue from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday, March 22, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 p.m.
Angela Kay Young was born December 14, 1967, in Benson, the daughter of Charles Allen and Mary Ann Farmer Bengtson. She grew up in Benson and graduated from Benson High School in 1986.
Angela married Doug Young, and they had three sons, Brady, Chase, and Peyton. In 2013, Angie met the love of her life, Gary Hilleren and with her three boys they spent 12 glorious years together.  Angie held various jobs throughout her lifetime and for the last 14 years drove for People’s Express.
Angie enjoyed watching cooking shows on the Food Network and her favorite show was Carnival Eats. She liked going on drives, listening to music, times spent outdoors, trips to the casino, going out for supper, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, and she delighted in spoiling her dog Rocco. She loved spending time with her family, especially Gary and her sons. She was called from this life Thursday morning March 13, 2025. She attained the age of 57 years,  three months, and two days of age.
Angie is survived by her sons: Brady Young of Benson and Chase (Deidra Schanz) of West Fargo, North Dakota; her special friend Gary Hilleren, her parents, Charles and Mary Ann Bengtson of Benson; her sister Sharon (Dave) Eiynck of Willmar; a nephew Colton (Mati) Aalderks, and several cousins, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Peyton Young and her grandparents.
 Zniewski Funeral Home of Benson is assisting the family with the arrangements.
