Benson girls top Bulldogs, 53-39

The Benson girls basketball team split a pair of games last week, winning at Paynesville last Tuesday night in a non-conference game, 53-39, but losing at Sauk Centre two nights later, 64-31.

Kaitlyn Berreau, Claire Ricard, and Abby Lundebrek combined for 49 points to lead the Benson girls to a 53-39 victory at Paynesville last Tuesday night.
The Braves, 2-3 overall and 0-2 in the WCC, have two more games scheduled for this week, beginning with a home game against BOLD, Tuesday (yesterday) and continuing with a game at NLS, Thursday (tomorrow)...
