Benson softball team swept in doubleheader • Sauk Centre belts three homeruns

The Benson softball team had a tough week last week against two of the top teams in the area.  The Braves opened up the week with a 15-2, 14-4 doubleheader loss at home to Sauk Centre last Tuesday night, and also fell at home to defending WCC champion Morris Area-CA, Thursday, 16-1.
The Braves dropped to 0-4 overall and 0-3 in the WCC with the three losses.  Benson was also set to host Montevideo, Friday, but results of that game were not available by presstime.
This week, Benson has four games scheduled, including a home game with BOLD Monday, a doubleheader against ACGC, Tuesday (yesterday), and a game at BOLD, Friday...
