Girls tennis improves to 9-6 with three-win week

The Benson-KMS girls tennis team had a 3-1 week last week, winning Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday before losing to a very strong Litchfield team, Saturday.  The Fighting Braves improved to 9-6 overall, including a 5-2 record in the WCC after beating Melrose Monday (4-3), Sauk Centre Tuesday (7-0), and MACCRAY Thursday (6-1).

The meet Saturday was scheduled as the Litchfield Invitational, but due to rain, it was shortened to just one match against Litchfield at the indoor courts at Sartell...
