Redistricting for November election brings big changes in representation

Republican state Sen. Torrey Westrom announced Thursday that he would seek re-election to the Minnesota Senate in the new District 12. 
For Westrom, that is going to mean a move from his home in Elbow Lake to one of the counties that is now a part of District 12.
