BSSA powerline project taking next steps

Land agents are now reaching out to property owners along the approved route of the 345kV Western Minnesota Municipal Power Agency and Otter Tail Company transmission line that will run through Swift, Pope and Stevens counties. 
The Swift County Board of Commissioners received an update on the Big Stone South to Alexandria (BSSA) transmission line’s progress from Otter Tail’s Senior Project Manager Josh Humburg at its Aug. 18 meeting.
