MBA boys finish season with 15-12 record

The MBA boys hockey team made a good run in the playoffs last week, but their season came to an end with a loss in the semifinals. The Storm had the No. 4 seed and beat fifth seeded Prairie Centre in the first round 7-4 in Benson Feb. 21. The team was in St. Cloud for the Section 6A semifinals when they played No. 1 seed Alexandria Area. The Cardinals shut out the Storm and thanks to three third period goals, beat MBA 4-0 to end the Storm’s season.
