The Grinch has been apprehended!
Shortly after the Santa Truck arrived at Track Bar & Grill, Chief Deputy Mike Hoffman and Deputies Chandler Hilleren and Ross Anderson apprehended the Grinch trying to steal the Santa Truck after already having stolen a Danvers Fire Truck last week.
