Patrick Twitchell passed away December 5, 2024 in the Waconia Hospital after a brief illness.  
There will be a celebration of life for Patrick Twitchell Saturday, April 12 at Track Bar and Grill in Benson  from 3:30 to 5 p.m.  Come and share a story with us.
Patrick was born to Gloria (MaPat) and Llewellan (Teeter) Twitchell October 14, 1955  in Benson, Minnesota.  He graduated from Benson High School in 1973. He joined the Air Force in 1973.  He was stationed state side and was Honorable Discharged in 1975.  
Patrick and his first wife Cheryl Maus moved to California and he stayed there until 1998 when he moved back to the Benson area. In 2004, he married his second wife Betty Wester.  
When in California, he received Service Man of the Year for Culligan in 1992.  When he moved back to Benson, he worked for Culligan in Montevideo, at the prison in Appleton, for Jennie-O Turkey at their Swift Falls Barns and then for Hawleys in Benson until he retired due to health issues.  Patrick and Betty moved to the senior living apartments in Hutchinson to be closer to his step-son and his family.  
Patrick is survived by his wife Betty, step-son Simeon Wester (Julie); granddaughters: Madison and Kailyn of Hutchinson; brother Joe of Schomberg Ill.  He is preceded in death by his parents Mapat and Teeter Twitchell; brothers, John (Jack) and Kathy, Tom and Maria, Chuck and Deanne, and Tim and sisters Sarah and Anne;  nephew Ryan Twitchell.
