NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  John Reardon, 9425 E. Parkside Dr., Sun Lakes, AZ  85248 (Owner) and Pheasants Forever, Inc., 1783 Buerkle Circle, St. Paul, MN 55110 (Purchaser)
REQUEST:  Conditional Use Permit application amendment to remove conditions from the previously approved Conditional Use Permit prior to transferring property to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
LOCATION: SW ¼ of NE 1/4.  Said described tract contains 40 acres more or less in Section 31 of T-122 N, R-40 W (Clontarf Township), Swift County, MN.
