Track teams both third at Benson Invitational

The Benson-KMS track and field teams opened up the season with a home invitational, Thursday night.  Minnewaska Area won the girls’ title by 75 points over runner-up Morris Area, while Morris Area won the boys title by 27 points over the Lakers.  Benson-KMS was third in both meets.
This week, the Fighting Braves are set to compete at the BBE Invitational, Tuesday (yesterday) before getting ready for the Montevideo Invitational, Tuesday, May 3.
